So You Want to be a Hero?: Who Needs a Hero?
Date: Sunday, February 14, 2010
Pastor Mark Kraft

From the beginning, the Father spoke to us through Christ and said, “I can take ordinary people and make them absolute heroes.” What does a being a hero mean? Is it someone who rescues someone who’s drowning, or pulls someone from a wreck? Risking life is not just about physical life, people, risking life for most of us has more to do with discomfort and convenience, rejection, ridicule.

God takes ordinary people and says, “I teach them to live with heroic character; heroic code of conduct and heroic commitment.”

1 Corinthians 1:30 , Haggai 1:6, Matthew 20:29-34
